Job Description

Company that provides solutions for taking anything through the product journey from concept to consumer is seeking an Project Manager to take on a high-profile, multi-faceted role, dealing with external vendor technology managers and business unit customers. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days from home. Salary depends on experience. Responsibilities:
-Lead business process review and evaluation to develop a solution design
-Manage project scope, schedules, issues, risks, and resources in support of all project activities, including managing customer expectation and team delivery
-Apply appropriate project management methodology to successfully drive delivery
-Work with stakeholders to build requirements and define scope of work
-Build comprehensive end-to-end test scripts with business teams to drive project quality
-Ownership and oversight of assigned projects using best practice project/program management and mentorship
-Lead effective teams by understanding their needs and working cross-functionally to achieve the best outcome
-Contribute to steering committees and senior leadership briefings
-Work with all business leaders and project managers to drive continuous process improvements and effectiveness
-Creation and maintenance of project timelines with well-defined achievements
-Preparation of project governance materials
-Take detailed notes on phone calls, in-person meetings, etc. To define action items and relate to the larger project documentation

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
-5+ years combined experience in project management and business analysis
-PMP certification is a plus
-Consumer packaged goods experience is preferred
-Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
-Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
-Outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills
-Ability to analyze business requirements to propose solutions along with successfully managing projects to budget
-Proactive, diligent, process-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines
-Thrives in an environment of change
-Projects may utilize Waterfall, Agile, or a hybrid methodology and the expectation is to be fluent and adaptable to various methodologies used to track progress
