Company that provides solutions for taking anything through the product journey from concept to consumer is seeking an Treasury Manager who will be responsible for working capital management, cash flow forecasting, executing the weekly/monthly/quarterly funds flow schedule, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders, managing the lending relationships, and ensuring proper visibility and controls are in place across the various treasury platforms. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days from home. Salary depends on experience. Responsibilities:
-Lead ABL facility weekly/monthly operating requirements with lender
-Manage lending and treasury platforms and relationships
-Oversee cash functions, including cash positioning, cash reporting and forecasting, short-term investing and borrowing, wire payments, fraud prevention, bank account setup and maintenance, and bank relationship management
-Work with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and accounting teams to assess working capital requirements
-Work with all areas of the business to drive working capital improvement and improve the company's overall liquidity
-Partner with AP, AR, and FP&A teams to drive cash flow improvements
-Work closely with FP&A to deliver cash flow and balance sheet models to ensure accurate cash forecasting
-Prepare periodic cash and debt reports for internal and external business partners
-Monitor the execution and performance of the treasury and cash management systems
-Support monthly cash flow forecast and variance analysis
-Approve domestic and international payments
-Manage implementation efforts associated with banking projects, including bank automation initiatives and service changes and treasury-related ERP projects
-Support treasury integration activities during acquisitions and divestures and ad-hoc project support within finance
-Support the company s day-to-day cash and debt management including the timely reporting of credit agreement requirements -Support the annual appraisal and field exam audits
-Provide guidance for collection and payment best practices
-Establish treasury policies and procedures with support from the Controller
