Rapidly growing Insurance Agency, leading national direct seller and writer of surety bonds, fidelity bonds, and insurance products for a wide range of professionals and industries, is in search of Customer Service Representatives to ensure excellent customer satisfaction with promoting and selling insurance products. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am 5:30pm with an hour lunch. Company offers bonus, salary increase after 1 year, 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, employee discount, life insurance, PTO, and vision insurance and covers 75% of premiums.
Responsibilities:
-Assist customer with online transactions
-Input client notes following email and calls with client into CRM
-Nurture client relationships and build rapport with new clients
-Answer inbound service calls and make outbound service calls
-Consistent, timely, and accurate follow-up on client calls, emails, inquires, and requests
-Assist customers with online applications and online payments
-Follow up on online quotes to inform customers of the benefits of products and pricing
-Complete sales transactions and processing of payments
-Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
-Retain up-to-date knowledge of company products
-Perform additional duties as required or requested
