Job Description

Commercial specialized construction and installation company is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant. This is a great opportunity for anyone with junior or entry level sales, sales admin, or customer service experience looking for an opportunity to earn commissions, support a growing sales team, and grow their book of business. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Salary depends on experience and bonus is available. Company offers health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO. If you enroll in the basic plans, they cover almost 100% of the premium. All travel costs paid, but travel is minimal aside from occasional trade shows or events.

Responsibilities:
-Research clients and project opportunities to identify critical qualifying information
-Schedule meetings for business development colleagues with clients and project influencers, including architects, designers, general contractors, landlords, brokers, tenants, owner reps, and CM firms
-Research projects and take actions to qualify the opportunity and move down-funnel
-Provide administrative support to business development team, such as updating CRM, performing/scheduling follow-ups, meeting preparation, and shipping samples
-Assist cross-functional teams with projects as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
-1-3 years of sales admin or customer service experience
-Customer service and relationship-building skills
-Ability to work full-time on-site
