Job Description

Large and well-established commercial kitchen supplier is seeking highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to be the primary point of contact for customers, handling a variety of customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and excellence. Hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm. Salary depends on experience. Company offers health (employee-paid and then company pays a contribution with more tenure), dental, 401(k) with 3-5% match, and PTO.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to damages, order discrepancies, and other customer concerns
Follow up with customers on outstanding orders and provide updates on order status
Communicate with sales teams and other internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Update customer records and track orders to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
Identify and report on recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to management
Collaborate with other CSRs and teams to ensure seamless customer service and support

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent required
