Job Description

Long standing client of ours that s a leading financial technology company, empowers medical, dental and specialty practices with seamless and secure technology to drive revenue by increasing patient payments and streamlining practice management and payment processing. In search of a Concierge Coordinator. The Concierge Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the largest clients of the company. This role is critical to the retention and growth of their enterprise account portfolio and must be lock-step with the relationship manager for each enterprise account. The role will ensure account related changes occur smoothly and seamlessly and any critical issues are elevated to management and/or the account manager. This individual will have an extensive knowledge of the company s operations and be able to build solid partnerships both internally and externally. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm On-site with 2 pre-set work from home days. Responsibilities:
- Provide best in class customer service to their Enterprise accounts
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of their services, policies, and procedures
- Field all customer inquiries via phone and email support
- Meet their service level expectations and WOW their customers
- Provide empathy to customers while resolving all matters in a friendly and tactful manner
- Maintain the accuracy of customer account data and related information.
- Be dependable, reliable, and work effectively.
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Back up the Customer Care team on general care inquiries
- Partner with Enterprise Account Management team to identify systematic issues or opportunities related to each client.
- Incorporate new products & services into overall Enterprise strategy.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in customer service
- Experience in Sales Force CRM
- Credit card processing experience
- Strong PC (Windows, MS Office) and data entry/typing skills
- Strong project management skills
- Responsive- understand the importance of responding to customers in a timely manner
- A customer centric attitude
- Extremely dependable, trustworthy, and reliable
