Job Description

Commercial specialized construction and installation company is seeking an HR Executive Administrator to join their team. This individual will be involved in core HR functions, while assisting with various administrative projects during their down time, as they will also provide ongoing support to the General Manager and management team. The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized multi-tasker able to help with a variety of tasks with a strong foundation in HR and administrative office support. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Salary depends on experience and discretionary bonus is available. Company offers excellent benefits package through ADP TotalSource, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, disability, and PTO.

-General human resources functions
-Onboarding new hires, orientations, and completing employment paperwork
-Basic job posting and liaison with internal department heads and staffing agencies to support recruitment functions
-Employee relations to include monthly coordination of team-building activities, birthday and anniversary acknowledgements, etc.
-Annual benefits enrollment and dissemination of benefits information to staff of 55 employees
-Coordination of monthly interdepartmental company meeting
-Assist with various projects as assigned by executives
-Vendor communication as directed by executives
-Disseminate information to junior staff from executives
-Maintain professional calendar and communication with clients and internal staff
-Ad-hoc personal errands as demanded by executives (kept within business hours and within office)

Job Requirements

-2-7 years of HR experience
-1+ year Executive Admin experience, working with Director, VP, or C-Suite level executives is preferred
-Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to foresee and stay ahead of daily challenges
-Highly computer savvy, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn and utilize other software
-Great communication skills
-Ability to act as an extension of executives
-Team player
-Ability to work full-time on-site
