Rapidly growing Insurance Agency leading, national, direct seller and writer of surety bonds, fidelity bonds and insurance products for a wide range of professionals and industries is in search of a P&C Insurance Representative. This role is responsible for advising commercial clients on insurance products, quoting and binding policies, servicing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of P&C insurance products and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their property and casualty insurance questions are answered.
- Provide quotes, online policy insurance policies, and process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up to ensure excellent customer service and retention.
- Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and agency management systems.
