Job Description

Well-established and expanding law firm is seeking a qualified Office Manager to join their team. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM with possibility of working from home on Fridays. Salary depends on experience. Company offers 401(k) with 6% match, profit sharing, excellent medical benefits, a collegial and engaging working environment, including bring your pet to work day, free lunch Fridays, etc., and eligibility for performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities:
-Onboard new employees
-Liaison with IT for computer issues
-Oversee intake process and Clio pipeline
-Manage case closure process
-Develop/run regular reports from case management system
-Oversee paralegals and admins, including helping prioritize and manage workload and ensuring work gets done
-Vendor management and evaluation
-Interface with IT, insurers, bankers, accountants, website/SEO, and all other vendors on critical issues
-Order and manage office supplies
-General administrative duties, such as filing, preparing for mediations, managing Zoom, calendaring, etc.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
-3-5+ years of office management experience
-Legal office experience is preferred
-Microsoft Office and computer skills
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
-Strong communicator with a high degree of professionalism
