PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST

Job Description

Non-profit organization that serves to help anyone in need by providing them with assistance, resources, and hope, with compassion and dignity is looking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist. Hours are Monday - Friday 11:00am - 5:00pm. Salary depends on experience. This position is eligible for RJ-Staffing bonus pay while temp.

Responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls in telephone logbook
-Answer/greet visitors at front door
-Complete new food pantry registration forms as needed
-Identify office of the aging clients and complete form
-Enter monetary donations into Donor Snap
-Generate thank you letters from Donor Snap for Executive Director to sign
-Make sure copier has paper and all needed supplies, such as toner
-Set up interviews for potential volunteers

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
-2-5 years of prior front desk receptionist/customer service experience
-Bilingual Spanish
-Exceptional communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
