Job Description

Financial services company that securely stores healthcare payment information, protecting both healthcare practices and patients with today s highest standards for compliance and PCI is in search of a Product Delivery Coordinator who will be responsible for connecting with existing clients to educate, inspire, and secure their move to the company s new and enhanced payment platform. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Salary depends on experience. -Act as primary liaison between client and company throughout the conversion process
-Handle outbound and inbound phone and email volume from interested clients and facilitate the coordination aspects of the conversion
-Engage in outbound outreach to clients to pull them through the conversion process
-Manage the documentation process around conversions in Salesforce and other internal systems
-Schedule conversions based on calendar availability and merchant needs and closely manage rescheduling pipeline
-Act as a true product expert
-Describe features and benefits of new platform
-Educate clients and answer their questions.
-Work effectively with Conversion Specialists, Conversion Manager, and Conversion Director on special requests, large client handling, and effectively communicate and document requirements to both client and internal teams
-Actively work toward established goals
-Understand how individual contributions affect results
-Work effectively with internal operations teams to ensure conversion success and a positive client conversion experience
