Job Description

Financial services company that securely stores healthcare payment information, protecting both healthcare practices and patients with today s highest standards for compliance and PCI is in search of a Product Delivery Specialist who will provide in-depth implementation and training services, using advanced functional knowledge and product expertise, to manage implementations consistent with the company's payment processing and software. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Salary depends on experience. Company offers competitive health, dental, and vision benefits, Guardian Hospital indemnity coverage, life and LTD, 401(k) with up to 3% match, and PTO.

Responsibilities:
-Perform scheduled technical installations, merchant training, and support services over the phone
-Partner with medical/dental practices and healthcare system staff with the launching and training of company payment processing solutions
-Provide project management, training, and support remotely throughout the implementation and go-live of physician/dental practices and healthcare systems on our payment processing platform
-Set clients up for long-term success with cost savings and payment processing strategies
-Train physicians, providers, and office staff on company processes and technologies
-Manage a detailed project plan and communicate status to the client and company management team
-Manage change and client expectations effectively
-Establish aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
-Document interactions and maintain communication records in CRM

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline
-1+ years of experience in IT or a related field
-Technical project management in a healthcare setting is preferred
-Prior experience in a hospital or physician/dentist office setting is preferred
-Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
-Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
-Excellent customer service skills
