Job Description

Commercial specialized construction and installation company is seeking a Production Engineer to join their team and meet growing demand. This is a great opportunity for anyone with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD experience looking for growth. No industry-specific experience is required, as they will train. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am or 8:00am - 4:00pm or 5:00pm. Salary depends on experience. Company offers health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO. If you enroll in the basic plans, they cover almost 100% of the premium.

-Oversee drafting process to ensure all the correct details are covered
-Review revisions to align with client s requirements
-Review project details and scope to ensure completeness and to confirm there are no issues or conflicts
-Ensure project details and scope align with quoted solution
-Gather additional information and resolve conflicts as necessary
-Liaise with Purchasing in regard to custom items and solutions created
-Act as a resource for internal teams by answering technical questions and suggesting potential solutions for complex requirements
-Create factory work orders using standard procedures and software
-Produce installation guidelines, including 3D model
-Respond to questions and resolve problems that arise pertaining to the manufacturing or installation of the project
-Research for all potential options
-Develop solutions that integrate with products
-Create engineering documents for manufacturing and installation process
-Produce CNC code and conduct mock-up with manufacturing team
-Work with all members of the team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds the expectations of our customers
-Assist sales team personnel in selecting solutions for clients
-Continuously improve existing/new internal processes and deliverables
-Obtain thorough understanding of products and their capabilities in order to provide support to other teams/team members

Job Requirements

-6 years of related experience from any industry
-Bachelor's degree
-5 years of Autodesk Inventor experience
-6 years of AutoCAD experience
-CNC setup experience (no operation) is preferred
