A long standing client of ours is a custom manufacturer and business to business supplier of fragrances with over 50 years of experience is in search of a Sales Representative. Main objective is to drive sales, build relationships with new and existing customers, and promote the company s products to various retail channels or B2B clients. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm with additional after hours and/or weekends for trade shows/client meetings/etc, as necessary. Salary is $50, 000- $70, 000 Base + Commission structure (1st year trajectory $80, 000-$100, 000). Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies, create promotions and increase business within the account base.
- Represent the fragrance brand professionally to customers, ensuring strong brand identity and message.
- Build rapport with customers, educate and sell services, overcome objections and close the sale.
- Be knowledgeable about the product lines, including details about the fragrances, ingredients, and packaging.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Going on client visits, providing samples
- Generate leads through cold calls, attending trade shows, networking, attending sales meetings, sales training, and product information sessions.
- Support and fulfill marketing initiatives
- Travel/Territory: You are not limited. Will just need approval for big trips that require airfare/hotel stays.
