Job Description

Well-established and growing family-owned accessibility industry leader and innovator in the design and manufacturing of quality ramps serving the manufacturing and healthcare sectors by providing newfound freedom to the elderly and handicapped community with the most diverse range of accessibility products in the industry is seeking a qualified VP/Director of Sales who will help ensure a productive workflow to maximize internal performance and future growth. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Position is on site, but has occasional remote flexibility. Salary depends on experience. Generous commission structure is available with annual earning target of $250K+, depending on performance. Company offers 80% company-paid health plan as well as dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life and disability insurance, and PTO.

-Prospect, follow up, and close sales at new home modification/access dealers for the home access division
-Secure new dealers for home access division
-Call and warm up new dealer prospects
-Follow-up call and close new dealer prospects
-Perform existing dealer visits to strengthen partnerships and develop new sales growth
-Secure A type dealers and multi-location accounts
-Travel in USA and Canada to visit new and existing dealers
-New dealer product and sales training
-Hands-on training and jobsite installs with new dealers
-Full use of CRM system (Hubspot)
-Daily/weekly/monthly calls and dealer onboard/sales metrics
-Oversee junior lead generation team member

Job Requirements

-5-7+ years of proven sales/business development experience
-Excellent relationship building skills
-Motivated self-starter
-Proven ability to close deals
-Willingness to travel as needed (air and ground) to various accounts nationwide and in Canada

He has been stuffing envelopes since he was 6 years old, began temping at 18 years old, and began working internally for the firm in 2010. Since then, Shane has grown from an Account Executive to Vice President, enhanced our service lines from temporary staffing to executive headhunting, increased our geographic area of recruiting capability, and expanded our internal team. When he's not developing our next company initiative, overseeing working relationships with his long-standing clientele, or recruiting the next internal staff member, you can find him on the golf course, out to dinner with his fiancée, or working in the yard at his woodland West Nyack, NY home.
