This position reports directly to the Production Team Leader.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>- Operate at least two (2) assigned laminators according to the product specifications by maintaining low scrap rate of less than 18%.<br>- Maximize the raw material changes and usage to achieve the production objective.<br>- Perform the laminators change over, set up and cylinder verification as established by the Standards Operating Procedures.<br>- Sort product defects to verify product quality in order to adjust the laminator accordingly. And support other processes if it is needed as roller or packing process.<br>- Accurately complete the lot number route card, cylinder logs and any required paperwork.<br>- Ensure Laminator, tools and area around the laminator remains clean according to specifications. Operator is to follow cleaning activities as described in the cleaning procedure that includes carts, bins, containers, production areas, etc.<br>- Listen and address product quality observations made from laminator team members.<br>- Notify the Production Team Leader and team members if anything deviates from specifications.<br>- Interact and communicate to the Technical Department any request for maintenance and keep organized all documents related with the maintenance request.<br>- Work with cross-functional teams on development or improvement of SOP, test specifications, and manufacturing projects assigned by the Shift Team Leader or Production Manager.<br>- Receive and Return material from the warehouse. <br>- Conform to all Safety procedures.<br>- Move; push/pull the raw material, carts, equipment, and containers.<br>- This position requires covering and/or interchanging between day and night shift (including but not limited to: cover for leaves of absence, vacation, position vacancy, etc.)<br>- This position requires working on weekends as per business needs]]></description>

This position is eligible for RJ-staffing bonus pay while temp, and if hired permanently, company offers medical, dental, vision, 401k with 4% match, and tuition reimbursement.<br><br>Responsibilities: <br>- Operates pharmaceutical production machinery and follows the procedures for manufacturing such as weighing, blending, dispensing, mixing, coating, encapsulating, granulating, drying, milling, blending, compressing, potent compound, etc. Meets the requirements for use of manufacturing equipment and other commonly used equipment per SOPs.<br>- Executes written SOPs to ensure the purity of materials involved in the manufacturing process.<br>- Properly uses all scales, including printouts, zeroing, setting tares, and daily calibration verification per SOPs.<br>- Examines manufacturer Product ID Labels, Quality Control release tags, and Batch Production Record to verify issued/staged raw materials can be released for production.<br>- Learns and performs master cleans/surface cleans of manufacturing equipment and facilities according to established SOPs.<br>- Executes machine change-overs from batch to batch.<br>- Requires oversight and double-checking; is typically paired with a Qualified Manufacturing Operator.<br>- Learns sampling techniques.<br>- Learns, understands and runs processes to meet the assigned schedule and standards/routers; when this is not achieved, may participate in the debriefing session to understand the reasons why and what needs to be corrected moving forward.<br>- Completes documentation associated with manufacturing processes (e.G. The Chief Quality and Compliance Officer (CQCO), as directed by the Agency's Chief Executive Officer, will be responsible for overseeing the agency-wide compliance with federal, state, (e.G., OPWDD), and local regulations, directing quality assurance, risk management, and HIPAA privacy. Key duties include directing audits, managing investigations, developing policies, and reporting trends to the Board.
